5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our App may offer subscription-based services and in-app purchases. These are:

Licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Subject to change at AppSparc Tech's discretion.
May be forfeited if your account is terminated.

Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer subscription-based services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Recurring billing at the rate displayed during purchase.
Auto-renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Managing subscription cancellations via your respective app store (Google Play, Apple App Store).

All payments are processed through third-party platforms, and their respective terms apply.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All purchases of subscriptions and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Chargebacks or fraudulent refunds may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When using our App, you must not:

Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or inappropriate content.
Use unauthorized automation software, bots, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Engage in spamming, phishing, or deceptive practices.

User-Generated Content

If the App includes features that allow user-generated content:

You retain ownership of your content but grant AppSparc Tech a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

AppSparc Tech reserves the right to remove any content or suspend users who violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App belong to AppSparc Tech. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our App without our express consent. By submitting user-generated content (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.

8. Data Retention & User Rights

We retain your personal data as long as necessary to provide our Services and comply with legal obligations. If your account remains inactive for more than 24 months, we may delete your personal data unless required by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppSparc Tech, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sweden, unless arbitration is required. By using our App, you waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
